Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Business Development Associate. The Sales and Business Development Associate will be responsible for daily tasks such as preparing customer proposals, managing customer relationships, market research, creating presentations, and communicating with clients.

Prior Work Experience:

1. Associate: 1-2 years experience

2. Senior Associate: 3-5 years experience

Key Requirements (Individual Contributor Role):

1. Experience in preparing business proposals for clients

2. Excellent communication (written / verbal), including presentation Skills, preparing presentations,

3. Knowhow of core sales / business dev processes

4. Degree in Business Administration preferred but not. essential

5. Prior experience with CRM tools & startups is desirable

6. Go-getter mindset and collaborative nature

7. Market Research skills

Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon)

This role is located in Gurugram but offers some flexibility for hybrid mode of work.

Qualifications
