    Overview: We are excited to offer an opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a VAS Business Development Manager (BDM). In this role, you will support the growth of our Value-Added Services (VAS) portfolio within the telecommunications sector. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to kickstart their career in business development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors in the VAS sector. Support the development of strategic plans for business growth based on research findings. 2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for potential business opportunities with telecom operators and other clients. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. 3. Sales Support: Support in developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. Assist in creating presentations and. sales materials to effectively communicate the benefits of our VAS offerings. 4. Pipeline Management: Assist in managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and updating CRM systems. Provide regular updates on sales performance and opportunities for improvement. 5. Customer Engagement: Support in building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in addressing client inquiries and providing timely support as needed. 6. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and competitor activities within the VAS ecosystem. Attend industry events and networking forums to enhance knowledge and build professional relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interest in business development and the telecommunications industry. Need to have affiliate partnerships, advertiser connections and telecom aggregator relationships in place and should know how to drive and own them 2-3 years of minimum relevant experience is mandatory Revenue target achievement month on month Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
