Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales and Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Understand clients" business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with. overall business goals.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients through effective communication and presentations.
Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients. Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets,
