    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving overall revenue growth for the agency. You will be at the forefront of building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and crafting creative and strategic solutions that deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities: Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and social media engagement. Client acquisition: Conduct initial consultations, prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure new client partnerships. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular. communication, proactive account management, and exceeding expectations. Proposal development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and tailored proposals that showcase our agency's value proposition and address client needs. Market research and analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor landscape, and client pain points to develop effective go-to-market strategies. Contribution to agency growth: Actively participate in developing and implementing agency growth initiatives, contributing to overall revenue targets and business development goals. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field (e.g., sales, account management) Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with potential clients at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build relationships Strong understanding of the marketing and advertising industry Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools Self-motivated and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package with a fixed base salary and a performance-based variable component tied to exceeding revenue targets and securing new business.
