Role Description: The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging Salesforce and Zoho solutions to enhance client business operations. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic solutions that align with client needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce and Zoho, coupled with excellent sales, analytical, and communication skills. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and CRM solutions. Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. Leverage Salesforce and Zoho solutions to optimize business processes and enhance customer relationships. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Generate leads through various channels such as outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales contracts. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the company's CRM system. Stay informed about the latest developments in Salesforce, Zoho, and other relevant technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field. Minimum 3-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on Salesforce and Zoho CRM customization. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Zoho services. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
