Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective business strategies to expand the company's market presence, increase sales revenue, and achieve growth targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, identify and engage with new potential clients to expand the customer base. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales activities by actively promoting pharmaceutical products or services to healthcare institutions, hospitals, pharmacies, and other potential clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate. pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline to track leads and opportunities effectively. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, operations, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment of business objectives and smooth execution of business development initiatives.
