Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive with at least 06th Months to 01 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth for our digital marketing services. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and excellent communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking.
Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through emails, phone calls, and meetings to present our digital marketing services.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting our services and value proposition.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the management on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
06 months to 01 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
