Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to engage with customers and promote our products/services effectively. Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline management, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular updates to management. Marketing Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans that align with sales goals and enhance brand visibility. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, social media content, and advertisements. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns. Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize online marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email campaigns, to drive traffic and conversions. Event Coordination: Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and other promotional events to enhance brand presence and generate leads. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and CRM software. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration and Coordination: Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Budget Management: Assist in managing the sales and marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and within budget. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 0-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role. Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, and social media platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite). Personal Attributes: Highly motivated and target-driven. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions.
