Role Description Proactively Seek Sales Opportunities: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns to identify and pursue new business prospects. Conduct Comprehensive Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify potential areas for business growth and development. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive. revenue growth. Effective Communication: Deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, articulating the value proposition of SPIREDGE's products and services. Participation in Industry Events: Represent SPIREDGE at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continually enhance sales and marketing strategies. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities. Utilization of CRM Tools: Proficiently use Zoho CRM to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and run targeted marketing campaigns. Creative Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and obstacles in the sales process, and develop innovative solutions to overcome them. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research findings, and provide regular reports to management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business administration, or a related field 1+ years of experience in marketing and lead generation Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and lead generation programs Ability to analyze data and market research to identify industry trends, target markets, and customer needs Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Experience in industrial B2B marketing is preferred Proficiency in marketing automation software, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing is a plus Knowledge of manufacturing industry or product engineering is a plus,
