Location-Gurgaon Summary We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team! You will be the champion of paid performance marketing, crafting and executing targeted campaigns across various platforms to generate qualified leads, drive website traffic, and ultimately increase client acquisition for our interior design firm. Additionally, you will be the creative engine behind our online content, generating inspiring ideas and crafting engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive paid performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other relevant channels. Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Conduct in-depth audience research to understand ideal client demographics, interests, and online behavior. Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with the target audience. A/B test ad variations and landing pages to optimize campaign performance. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clicks, impressions, conversions, and cost per lead (CPL). Report on campaign performance to stakeholders and recommend data-driven adjustments. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid performance marketing for the interior design industry. Collaborate with the design team and other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency and campaign messaging alignment. Identify and leverage emerging paid advertising platforms for potential client acquisition. Generate creative and engaging content ideas for various channels including website blog, social media platforms, email marketing, and potential collaborations. Craft high-quality written content aligned with target audience interests and SEO best practices. Develop visually appealing content such as images, infographics, and videos to support marketing initiatives. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in content marketing for the interior design industry. Measure content performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize impact. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in paid performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in the interior design or home improvement industry preferred. Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major paid advertising platforms. Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad copywriting, and creative best practices. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience with marketing automation tools and data visualization platforms a plus. Strong content creation and editing skills with a flair for storytelling. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus. Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging ad concepts and content ideas. Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
