Market Research Analyst - Lead Generation - Staffing & Recruiting Industry - Startup Hiring

In this role, you'll play a vital role in uncovering valuable insights about the startup hiring landscape, identifying high-potential leads, and supporting our efforts to generate leads within the staffing and recruiting industry.

What You'll Do:
 Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the startup hiring space.
 Analyze data from various sources (e.g., job boards, industry reports, social media) to understand hiring patterns and competitor activity.
 Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry, particularly regarding solutions for startups.
 Build targeted lead lists focusing on companies that are actively hiring or would benefit from our services.
 Craft compelling content and messaging tailored to the specific needs of startups facing hiring challenges.
 Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns, using data to continuously refine strategies.
 Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support lead conversion efforts.
 Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in market research and recruiting technology.

What We're Looking For:
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
 Minimum 1-2 years of experience in market research or a similar role.
 Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
 Experience working on tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha and similar ones.
 A passion for the staffing and recruiting industry and a strong understanding of current trends.
 Experience with the startup ecosystem a plus.
 A resourceful and proactive approach, with a keen eye for detail.
 The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 A data-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
