Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven lead generation and marketing specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing business opportunities, and driving marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. Salary: 20k to 30k per month Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including online and offline marketing campaigns, cold-calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to reach and engage target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. Monitor and analyse market trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to improve our marketing and business development strategies. Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in our CRM system. Qualifications and skills: A bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. Proven track record of successfully generating leads, developing business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,
