Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential clients in need of digital marketing services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of clients" business needs and tailor marketing solutions to meet their objectives.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales techniques.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve service offerings.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop and deliver customized digital marketing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful campaign execution for clients.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or similar role in the digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.,
