Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services in the market. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects. Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: Freshers can apply or Minimum of 1-4 years of proven success in B2B and B2C sales, with a focus on digital marketing services. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and industry best practices. Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and other digital channels. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling manner. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business and upsell to existing clients.
