Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries interested in Social Media marketing services.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the agency's capabilities and services.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached and closed.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to tailor strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as account management, creative, and analytics to deliver effective Social media marketing campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Forecasting and Planning: Develop sales forecasts and strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in Social Media marketing and sales techniques to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales for a Social Media Marketing Agency (Mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Thorough understanding of the Social Media Marketing ecosystem.
Familiarity with Social Media marketing platforms, social media channels, and digital advertising technologies is a plus.
Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional client service.
