    "ONLY SOLAR INDUSTRY BACKGROUND CANDIDATE REQUIRED" Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) segments in our solar panel EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development with experience in both B2B and B2C environments, a deep understanding of the solar energy market, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and expand our customer base. Engage with potential clients across diverse industries, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Generate leads and build relationships with potential business clients (B2B) and individual homeowners (B2C). Conduct needs assessments to offer tailored solar solutions that meet client requirements. Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales & Marketing Strategy: Create and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns to attract both business clients and consumers. Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, online content, and lead-generation tactics. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotations to potential clients. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals accurately reflect project scope and deliverables. Project Oversight: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or adjustments required to meet client expectations. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve performance. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of business development activities, client interactions, and project status. Prepare and present regular reports on business development performance, including key metrics and strategic recommendations.
