What we are looking for:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and markets.
Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Develop and implement strategic plans to target new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and client deliverables.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results to management.
Market and Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Continuously improve knowledge of products/services offered by the company.
Attend relevant industry events and conferences to expand professional network

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role at least 1 year.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
