Job profile: Hardcore Business Development Executive
Location: Paschim Vihar, West Delhi, India
The requirement as of now is of BDE who will take the work without much supervision and take company to new heights. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle in a start-up company . They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. The contract of this job profile will be of 6 months and and this contract can or will be extended depending upon the skills, professionalism and fulfilment of the JDs of the candidate during the contractual period.
Responsibilities and Job description:
This is of a hardcore sales / marketing position and business development position is not necessarily a desk job profile.
Willingness to work in a start-up environment and achieve recurring monthly fundraising target.
Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management.
Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
Collaborating with the marketing design and content marketing teams to produce quality advertising material for company services.
Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
Analysing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Influence the product roadmap, plan with the tech team and coordinate to deliver as per the product roadmap.
Extremely high ownership, self-starter ability to get hands dirty, and work in a constantly-changing and fast-growing environment.

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Discovers ways to increase revenue by eliminating wasteful practices and expediting product delivery.
Leads and supports management in application and implementation of new policies and procedures.
Ability to represent the company in official functions, seminars and meetings.
Develops new business opportunities by leveraging contacts, pursuing new product development, and improving project efficiency.
Executioner at heart with business goals delivery as per plan and monthly target.
Strategize product development & Go to market strategy about the newly introduced products and functions with Senior Management.
Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
Present operational strategy recommendations to the Senior Management based on your market research.
For first few months the candidate should be able to self-sustain, there will be no fixed salary and the candidate
will be on profit sharing ratio.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry in a start-up environment

Strong communication and presentation skills
