    Position: Business Development Executive Company Interior Design firm - PAN India presence. Business Development Executive Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for our interior designing firm. This role involves networking, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the design team to deliver exceptional services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and a strong background in sales or business development. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online research. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the firm's market presence. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients within the interior design industry. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects. Understand client needs and work closely with the design team to ensure successful project delivery. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to promote the firms services. Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other sales materials. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management. Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies. Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and business development processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Experience: 0-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the interior design or construction industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
