- The ideal candidate should have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Understanding of the Challenger Sale's methodology, outbound prospecting, target account management, call coaching, email writing, and usage of social media in prospecting and securing appointments.
Mastered the art of the cold open, have developed skills for overcoming objections, and have a healthy approach to handling rejection.
Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning Salesforce solutions to address those needs.
. Ability to have mature conversation with Senior Leadership in prospective customers.
Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies, updates, and industry trends to provide informed insights to clients and internal teams.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value of Salesforce solutions in meeting client requirements.
Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle.
Provide regular updates to senior management on progress.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client engagement.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies.
Preferred candidate profile :
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, services, and industry best practices.
Strong understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can be leveraged to optimize them.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,
