As the Business Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth on a global scale while effectively communicating with clients and team members in multiple languages. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships in diverse cultural environments. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in global markets. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients worldwide. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their. objectives. 4. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, providing guidance and support as needed. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional service to clients. 6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion. 7. Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to key stakeholders. 8. Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members in various languages, facilitating smooth interactions and fostering strong relationships. 9. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management. 10. Stay informed about industry developments and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes and outcomes. Requirements: 1. bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. 2. Proven track record of success in global sales, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices. 4. Excellent multilingual communication skills, with proficiency in Japanese, French. 5. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. 6. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. 7. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. 9.
