Role Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating new relationships, and maintaining existing relationships with clients. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru North, with flexibility for some remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering market and customer information, contributing to the development of marketing strategies, and implementing sales plans. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and meet sales goals.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
 3+ years of experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
 Prior experience in the real estate or construction. industry is preferred
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze market and customer information
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
 Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment, with a demonstrated ability to influence key decision makers,
