- Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients in target industries.
Assist in building and maintaining a database of prospective clients.
Qualify inbound leads and proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Client Relationship Management:
Support the team in nurturing existing client relationships and maintaining regular follow-up.
Coordinate initial meetings and presentations for potential clients.
Gather and communicate client requirements to the marketing and strategy teams.
Sales Support:
Prepare and assist in delivering pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to follow up on leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Track sales performance and maintain up-to-date records of client interactions in CRM software.
Market Research:
Conduct industry research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential market opportunities.
Monitor and report on competitor activities and market conditions.
Collaborative Growth Strategy:
Assist in developing and executing strategies to reach new clients and expand the agency's footprint in key markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create business development collateral, including case studies, pitch decks, and other sales materials.
Performance Tracking:
Support the tracking of business development KPIs and prepare regular reports for management review.
Contribute to identifying areas for improvement in the sales process and strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and research skills.,
