Job Type: Full-time apprenticeship (freshers are invited with 0-6months of experience.

Location Pune.

Overview: As a Business Development and Marketing Apprentice, youll play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our company. Youll work closely with the marketing and business development teams to learn and apply essential skills in marketing and strategic planning. This apprenticeship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to our organizations overall success.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:
 Assist in researching market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
 Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and potential target markets.

Content Creation and Campaigns:
 Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
 Help identify potential clients and leads through research and outbound calling.
 Assist in maintaining the CRM system and tracking leads.

Business Development Support:
 Attend meetings with senior team members to learn about business development strategies.
 Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Event Coordination:
 Participate in organizing and promoting company events, trade shows, and conferences.
 Assist in coordinating logistics and ensuring successful event execution.

Collaboration and Learning:
 Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to gain a holistic understanding of business operations.
 Attend workshops, training sessions, and industry events to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:
 Master of Business Administration, preferably with major topic as Marketing.
 Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to business growth.
