    Job Description: Business Development Executive in Infinity Freight Services India Pvt Ltd Job Title: Business Development Executive Department: Sales and Business Development Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai. Reports To: Director Job Summary: The Candidiate will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for the company. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends. Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop strategic sales approaches. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to close deals. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding services. Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs and resolve any issues. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and monitor sales performance against targets. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, including air, sea, and road freight. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Valid drivers license.
