    Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Pune/Bhopal Department: Sales/Business Development Salary: As per norms Position Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue and growth for the company. The BDM will build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understand market trends, and strategize to achieve the companys long-term goals. Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to shape strategic business decisions and identify new opportunities. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and prospects. Use various channels such as networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing to build a pipeline of potential clients. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, and close deals. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and plans. Set and track sales targets, develop forecasts, and measure performance against goals. Proposal Development: Create and present compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to potential clients. Tailor solutions to meet specific client requirements and address their pain points. Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with other businesses or organizations to expand the company's market reach and capabilities. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage the process from initial discussion to final sign-off. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on business development activities and results. Provide insights and recommendations for improving strategies and processes. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus. Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role. Typically, 3-5 years of experience in a business development or sales management position. Skills: Strong understanding of business development and sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets and goals. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional Requirements: Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.,
