Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth. Client Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their unique needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Revenue Growth: Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets by effectively selling Testriq QA Lab's software testing services to potential clients across various industries. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth. Market Expansion: Explore and identify new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally. Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and industries, expanding Testriq QA Lab's global reach. Business Development: Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive the company's growth. Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, and opportunities for strategic alliances that can enhance Testriq QA Lab's competitive advantage. Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services to maximize client value. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights on sales activities, market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions. Qualifications: Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B software or technology-related industry. Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and tailor solutions to client needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales tools.
