Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BXI - Barter Exchange of India. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B community and expanding our member base. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The position is located in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time role.
Qualifications And Skills
4 to 6 years of experience in. business development or B2B sales
Proven track record of successful new client acquisition and revenue generation
Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) sales strategies and tactics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Experience in lead generation and corporate sales
Familiarity with C-suite selling and ability to engage with high-level executives
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new members for our B2B community
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote BXI
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of joining our community
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring maximum value for both BXI and our members
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to identify new business opportunities
Contribute to the overall growth and success of BXI by sharing innovative ideas and best practices,
