Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our IT company. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT sector, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
Utilize various channels including social media, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients" needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Sales and Negotiation:
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the IT sector.
Analyze market data and provide insights to inform business development strategies.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results.
Strategy Development:
Contribute to the development and implementation of business development strategies.
Identify and evaluate new business models, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT sector.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
