Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Intern to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in business growth and digital marketing, with the ability to support our business development efforts. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development within the digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and markets.
Generate leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
Qualify leads and maintain an updated database of potential clients.
Sales Support:
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
Support the sales team in client meetings and follow-up activities.
Help draft and send professional emails and other forms of communication to potential clients.
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Gather and analyze data to support business development strategies.
Assist in developing insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Client Relationship Management:
Support the business development team in maintaining and developing client relationships.
Assist in organizing and attending client meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed notes.
Help manage client expectations and ensure they are aligned with project deliverables.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Assist with various administrative tasks related to business development and sales operations.
Support the team in day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in business development and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to various business development projects and initiatives.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Duration:
This is a paid internship position, with a duration of 6months. Possibility of extension or transition to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
