Job Summary:
Bluve Venture Consultancy Services is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our consultancy services. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.
*Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting:**
- Identify and research potential clients and markets for consultancy services.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and business opportunities.
- Utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing, to generate leads.
- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored consultancy solutions that add value to their business.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Sales & Negotiation:**
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent follow-ups and closing of deals.
- **Market Research & Analysis:**
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and insights that can inform business development strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on business development activities and progress.
-Collaboration & Teamwork:**
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and consultancy teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving business development processes and outcomes.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Bluve Venture Consultancy Services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ year) in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in consultancy services.
- Strong understanding of the consultancy industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant business tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
- Experience with digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software or platforms.
