Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist in Pune, who will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, market research, and customer service. The Business Development Specialist will be expected to communicate effectively with clients and work collaboratively with the team to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and attention to detail
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Lead generation and Market Research
Customer Service Skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve company objectives
Experience in the. Electrical, Solar, IT and Telecom industry a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and project management would also be beneficial,
