Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Specialist role located in Pune, focused on on-site responsibilities. The Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and providing exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
Direct Sales
Will be responsible for direct sales in India
Follow up on all leads (downloads) received from the website and other sources
Make online / face to face product demonstrations to all prospects and customers in all industry verticals in your territory.
Make proposals, price offers, negotiate, close deals in your sales territory
Searching proactively for new revenue generating opportunities to meet the company targets.
Participating in marketing events and attending sales meetings.
Manage resellers in your sales territory.
Work very closely with reseller following up on their monthly sales pipeline.
Provide all support to resellers in your territory to help them sell Symtraxs software solutions.
Keep resellers informed of latest product releases, new product functionality and price updates, marketing information.
Search for, evaluate and sign-up resellers in your sales territory.
Update the share point/ CRM regularly with relevant account information.
Actively participate in management meetings and participate in Sales Strategy discussions.
Ability to understand customer business requirement and translate it into technical requirements as can be implemented by the respective teams
Be the first and main point of contact between the customer/Prospect and the other teams in SYMTRAX.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of digital business platforms and document interchange technologies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,
