Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager role for VOLT- AGE INFRA PVT. LTD. located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
 Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, and marketing for EHV substations & transmission lines

.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
 Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
 Proficiency in. Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
 Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is a plus.
 Familiarity with data analysis and market research is a plus.
