Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Gondia with flexibility for remote work. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and. pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives. The role requires exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales or marketing; experience in market research or consulting industry preferred.
 Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
 Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
 Knowledge and understanding of the market research and consulting industry is preferred.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
 Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus,
