Responsibilities:
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and generate revenue.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their. needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
 Collaborate with the production team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform business strategies and initiatives.
 Represent Holani Production at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote our services and brand.

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 Proven track record of 3-4 years in business development, preferably in the media production or creative industry.
 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
 Knowledge of photography, videography, or advertising concepts is a plus.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
