Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Aurangabad at Solarge India. The Business Development Manager should be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and communicating with key stakeholders. The person should have exceptional interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to achieve business objectives within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
A degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the solar energy industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and. stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
A willingness to travel locally and nationally,
