    Job Title: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Business Development Manager (BDM) Department: ACP sales Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Job Summary: The Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager in the Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) industry is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a designated geographical area. The role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ASM/BDM will also identify new market opportunities and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor performance against targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and distributors. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients. Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned area. Promote ACP products through presentations, meetings, and industry events. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews. Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction materials industry, with a focus on ACP or related products. Skills: Strong understanding of the ACP market and its dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions. Leadership and team management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Working Conditions: The role may require frequent travel within the assigned area. Flexibility to attend meetings and industry events outside regular business hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
