Job Details
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in domestic IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for expanding our client base and managing relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the domestic IT sector. Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand business with existing accounts.
Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to understand their IT staffing needs and present tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategies.
Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Demonstrate the value of our IT staffing services and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
Account Management: Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery of staffing solutions. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the recruitment process.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and staffing solutions. Provide feedback to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, client engagement, and revenue growth. Develop and implement action plans to achieve business development targets.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development within the IT staffing or recruitment industry, with a focus on domestic IT recruitment.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the domestic IT recruitment landscape.
Business Acumen: Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,
