- Functional Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join the team of Curonn. The ideal candidate shall play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of Client Acquisition. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients.
The incumbent is responsible for end to end Business Development cycle; Client Acquisition and Retention, and Client Management.
Responsibilities:
Being the common communication channel between Client and the Management.
Continuous check on scheduled appointments.
Visiting scheduled clients for presentations.
Planning, Developing and Execution of Various offline, online Marketing Campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in healthcare industry.
Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
