Job Summary

Kaala Labs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth in the AR/VR technology sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of AR/VR technology and its applications across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
 Research and identify potential clients and markets for AR/VR technology solutions.
 Analyze industry trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
 Conduct presentations and demonstrations of AR/VR products and services to potential clients.
 Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, technology partners, and other stakeholders.
 Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the AR/VR space.
 Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to guide product development efforts.

Qualifications and Skills
 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
 Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
 Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
 Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
