ROLE: Business Development Executive( Client Management)
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
WFO- Full Time
Notice period : Immediate -15 Days
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients in need of IT staffing solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow the business.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
2.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand clients" staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business.
3.Sales and Negotiation:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
4.Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless process from client acquisition to candidate placement.
Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
5.Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT staffing industry.
Strong understanding of the IT staffing market and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
