Exp: 1-5 years

location: Hyderabad

The BDE/BDM will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new clients for our organization

Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Client Acquisition

2. Client Relationship Management

3. Market Research and Analysis

4. Proposal Development

5. Contract Negotiation.

6. Sales Planning and Reporting

7. Networking and Lead Generation

8. Collaboration with Delivery Teams

9. Marketing Support

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the IT industry.

- Strong knowledge of IT services and outsourcing.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
