Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the aftersales services sector for industrial electronics products, consumer electronics services, and refurbishment. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage a team, develop sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Create detailed sales plans, including setting sales targets, forecasting, and budgeting.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the industrial and consumer electronics sectors.
Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
Aftersales Services:
Oversee the provision of aftersales services, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with technical and support teams to resolve service issues promptly.
Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed.
Refurbishment Services:
Manage the sales of refurbishment services, including sourcing and selling refurbished products.
Develop partnerships with suppliers and refurbishment partners to ensure a steady supply of products.
Promote the benefits of refurbishment to potential customers and educate them on the process.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the electronics or aftersales services industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
