Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and managing a sales team. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in Sales and Business Development
Experience in managing and leading a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in the tech industry is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced. and dynamic environment,
