Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, creating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications
 Experience in sales and sales management
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales goals
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
 Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field
 Management of customer relationships, Management of key accounts, Development
 of new accounts
  Overseeing pre- to post-sales support activities
  Recognize customer needs and provide rightful solutions.  Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  Foster a. competitive yet collaborative team environment  Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document
 customer interactions
  Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our
 company's relationship with them
  Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key
 demographics
  Acquisition of new clients and Lead conversion
  Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given
 objectives and Consistently meet revenue goals
 Qualifications
  Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics or Instrumentation.  3 to 5 years" of sales experience
  Excellent written and verbal communication skill
 Salary range
 upto to 10 lakh per annum, negotiable to right candidate. Experience in Extrusion industry or auxiliary industry will be the added advantage,
