Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for prepaid card products.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for prepaid card solutions.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored prepaid card solutions.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to promote prepaid card products.
Sales Execution:
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure prepaid card products meet client needs.
Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support.
Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or prepaid card industry.
Experience in managing corporate clients and large accounts.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
