Location: Navi Mumbai region as it is field sales there is no office reporting

Overview: Imagicaa is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager with a proven track record in the hospitality, events, or parks and entertainment industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales initiatives, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for Wet n Joy

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate sectors aligned with Wet n Joy offerings.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

6. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company objectives.

7. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

 Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, events, or entertainment sectors.

 100% Field sales so travelling is required for this position

 Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
