Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Master. degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Fluency in English and Hindi
Relevant certifications and experience in customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, would also be beneficial,
