Education - MBA or related qualification
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets for Demat accounts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and promotional activities.
2. Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals focused on Demat account acquisition.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
3. Process Optimization:
Continuously review and optimize the Demat account sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to streamline operations.
4. Performance Analytics:
Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate team and individual performance.
Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
5. Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry. trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and gain a competitive edge.
6. Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partner, partners, andIiIstakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure that all Demat account sales activities comply with regulatory requirements.
Implement risk management practices to safeguard the interests of the company and clients.
8. Training and Development:
Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
9. Customer Satisfaction:
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels related to Demat account services.
Implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the financial services sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of Demat accounts and related financial products.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing Demat account operations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
